The Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications has appointed Kwaku Sakyi-Addo, a corporate communications specialist and broadcaster, as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He becomes the first CEO of the Chamber.

The Chamber of Telecommunications, which was registered in 20I0 by telecoms operators in Ghana to jointly promote the industry, will soon be ceremonially launched.

The Chamber would enable telecoms operators to make collective input in the formulation of policy, provide a platform for the discussion of matters of common interest and facilitate the sharing of industry knowledge.
